What sets us apart

  • We research, structure and centralise data relating to violations of international law, in order to transform fragmented and scattered data into coherent and actionable intelligence.

 

  • Our work is based on researching and exploiting intelligence from open sources intelligence (OSINT), human sources (HUMINT) and international partners (NGOs, journalists, public authorities, etc.).

 

  • We prioritise discreet but reliable expertise, useful for prosecuting alleged perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Data is analysed using rigorous scientific methodology in order to present reliable intelligence that is properly referenced and cross-checked with several independent sources. 
The ICCD is neutral and shall not be influenced by any partisan, ethnic or religious orientation. It does not support one side over another and aims only to implement international public law.

All sources are quoted, except in cases where there is a risk of retaliation against witnesses or victims. In such cases, the security of human sources is the priority and information that could lead to their identification is neither published nor transmitted to a jurisdiction without their consent.
