You have witnessed or you are the survivor of an international crime?
Do you have information that is not available in open sources?
You want to speak, blow the whistle ?
Testify. We are here for you.
If you wish to include pictures with your testimony, please refer to our guidelines. These explain how to produce usable images that clearly establish the facts of a crime and its circumstances:
Determine which situation best corresponds to yours, and complete the form:
I need to remain anonymous
We understand that you are in a situation where you need to remain anonymous. Please select the option below that best describes your situation and follow the protocol.
I’m not being monitored, but I want to be careful not to be identified
Connect to a Wi-Fi network that isn’t yours or your employer’s, or visit a cyber café where you don’t usually go. Don’t take your phone or any connected devices with you, pay in cash and watch out for surveillance cameras. Do not give out any personal information.
If the information is particularly sensitive, consider purchasing, in cash, a smartphone or laptop to be used solely for transmitting information. If you do so, keep it in a safe place and delete the information from your device after sending it, using an ‘overwrite deletion’ method with software such as ‘Eraser’. Only formatting the hard drive is not enough.
Use a VPN. Some are free, such as Proton VPN, Hide.me VPN or Windscribe. Tor is also an option. Be aware of possible local laws on this matter, and plan accordingly.
During the operation, do not log in to websites that require you to sign in (Facebook, etc.). Be careful not to accept cookies or any requests from websites you may visit.
Create a free email address on ProtonMail. Do not include any information or names that could be linked to you. Your password should be long and complex. Make sure you remember it. Fill in the form below with the details you have.
If you intend to continue providing intelligence, learn about counter-surveillance. The ‘Guide d’autodéfense numérique’ (in French) for cyber-related matters, and ‘The Private Investigator’s Guidebook’ (in English) for real-world counter-surveillance are good starting points.
FORMULAIRE DE TEMOIGNAGE :
I may be under surveillance and I feel unsafe
If possible, wait until the situation has stabilised and surveillance has eased. If you feel that waiting would not make a difference, or if you believe it is urgent to transmit the information to us, here are a few recommendations:
Buy a smartphone in cash, from a shop you don’t usually visit. Use a Wi-Fi network that isn’t yours or your employer’s, or a prepaid data sim card. If that isn’t possible, go to a cyber café you don’t usually visit. Do not take your phone or any connected devices with you, pay in cash and watch out for surveillance cameras. Do not give out any personal information.
Use a VPN. Some are free, such as Proton VPN, Hide.me VPN or Windscribe. Tor is also an option. Beware of potential local laws on this matter, and plan accordingly.
During the operation, do not log in to websites that require you to sign in (Facebook, etc.). Be careful not to allow cookies or requests from any websites you visit.

If you have completed the operation on a personal device, erase the hard drive using an ‘overwrite’ method, with software such as ‘Eraser’. Only formatting the hard drive is not sufficient. If you are unable to do it or do not want to take any risks, destroy the device and dispose of the debris.
As we will be unable to contact you back, please ensure that the information you send us is as detailed as possible. Please note that we won’t be able to use the information if the details provided do not allow us to establish the facts with a reasonable level of certainty.
